Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to post orders; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed, and assist with visitor processing and/or delivery coordination in accordance with site policies; Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site contacts, assisting with routine requests, and following Allied Universal standards for customer service and incident response
