Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology location.; Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries at designated entry points using approved screening methods and access control processes, escalating concerns per post orders.; Verify identification, appointments, and/or access credentials; issue visitor passes and maintain entry logs, supporting an orderly lobby and reception flow.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when directed by procedures.; Monitor cameras, alarms, and screening areas for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access, documenting observations and actions in daily reports.
