AdventHealth - 9100 West 74th Street - Responsibilities: Update patient menus consistently to reflect changes in diet orders, discharges, and transfers, maintaining accuracy and compliance.; Maintain sufficient stock of patient menus and office supplies to support uninterrupted and efficient service delivery.; Perform data entry and computer-based tasks with precision while taking patient menu selections and resolving inquiries from patients, nurses, and physicians.; Communicate dietary consults, referrals, and other critical information promptly to the Nutrition Services Team to ensure coordinated care.; Apply comprehensive knowledge of regular and therapeutic diets to support accurate menu planning and patient nutrition care.
