Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Lead and support the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.; Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment.; Foster development of associates, coach performance, and drive retention through timely feedback and recognition.; Co-lead onboarding, floor sets, payroll, and store financial performance; make decisions regarding store operations and planning.; Coach to Guest Engagement expectations and ensure on-floor presence as Butterfly (manager on duty) with zones covered.
