Pay Rate: $54,000-65,000

Nick The Greek is a fast-growing, high-energy quick-service restaurant brand, and we're looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead one of our Kansas City-area locations. As Store Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and play a key role in its success:

Operational Excellence

• Ensure the restaurant consistently meets standards in cleanliness, food quality, food builds, speed, and guest experience
• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused environment where team members succeed

Leadership & People Management

• Lead and oversee all front- and back-of-house employees, including cashiers, cooks, and the Kitchen Manager
• Interview, hire, train, develop, coach, and - when necessary - terminate staff
• Conduct HR-related discussions professionally and with discretion
• Build a team culture that is respectful, accountable, and customer-focused

Scheduling, Inventory & Ordering

• Create weekly staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for all shifts
• Take accurate inventory and place food orders 2x per week (Sysco, Produce, Pepsi)
• Manage and maximize cost savings, including food cost, labor, and waste reduction

Administration & Reporting

• Monitor and drive store performance metrics
• Ensure all operations follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Work cooperatively with ownership and report store status directly to

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and organization
• Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
