**Job Description:****ESSENTIAL DUTIES**+ Must be able to perform duties in a variety of routine duties such as mixing and blending batches of paint+ Responsible for filling product with the use of a machine or manually when needed+ Read and comprehend Batch and Job Tickets+ Responsible for the safe operation of counter balance forklift+ Responsible for the accuracy and adherence to all written work instructions.+ Must have be able to read chemical names on batch tickets+ Must be able to meet minimum forklift operating standards+ Perform all other duties as assigned**EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE**+ High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.+ One year related manufacturing experience preferred but not required.+ Ability to read and write.**OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**+ Must be dependable, punctual and must have good attendance+ Attention to detail_ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
