Operations Coordinator (Scheduling Focus) – Overland Park, KS

Pay: $24–$26/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Patterns Behavioral Services is hiring an Operations Coordinator where scheduling is the core responsibility, supporting two clinic locations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring staff and client schedules are accurate, optimized, and running efficiently—directly impacting service delivery and client care.

(Primary Focus: Scheduling)

• Own and manage scheduling for two clinic locations
• Audit schedules to reduce non-billable hours and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate staff/client availability and make real-time adjustments
• Track cancellations, documentation, and session updates
• Generate scheduling and billing reports
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure timely session delivery
• Support compliance, file organization, and operational workflows
• Provide professional and positive support to staff, clients, and families

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Scheduling experience is required (must have)
• 2+ years of scheduling or administrative experience in a fast-paced setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Bright, professional personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across two clinics
• Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced, and sometimes distracting environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, ABA, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and TB clearance (if applicable)
