We're hiring experienced, motivated and organized service professionals that can work directly with customers to successfully complete current projects and open doors to future projects.

Who We Are:

• We fill the schedule. You perform quality work, manage your time, and take great care of our clients.
• We provide the company van, gas, maintenance, and insurance. You take the van home, load your tools, and take care of it.

Compensation:

• This full-time, W2 position offers performance-based pay, company vehicle and other benefits
• Average $30-40 per hour, $4,500-$5,000 per month in commissions and bonuses
• Additional Cash incentives for positive client surveys and reviews

Responsibilities:

• Complete small to medium maintenance, repairs and improvement projects for homes and businesses
• Perform on-site consultations and sell estimates for larger projects and remodels
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and manage expectations
• Deliver a premier and consistent customer experience
• Manage time to effectively meet deadlines

Job Requirements:

• Strong 'multi-skill' Handyman background desired
• Strong carpentry and drywall background
• Must have/own professional grade tools of the trade
• Ability to accurately determine time needed on various tasks
• Strong ability to prioritize and time manage projects
• Comfortable being client facing as needed with good communication skills
• Team player who can work independently
• 10+ years of paid professional experience preferred

This position is based in Olathe, KS and serves the following communities: Olathe, Gardner, New Century, Spring Hill, south Overland Park, Stilwell, Bucyrus and Edgerton.
