Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities; Screen employees, contractors and visitors at entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization and directing individuals to the correct location; Operate screening equipment and conduct bag and package inspections as required by post orders, documenting findings and escalating concerns through the chain of command; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access restrictions and reporting suspicious activity to site leadership; Complete required logs and reports for screening activity, incidents and unusual conditions, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts
