Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech-focused location.; Conduct entry screening operations such as badge verification, visitor check-in, package and/or bag inspections, and operation of screening equipment in accordance with site procedures.; Monitor access points and lobby and/or screening areas, help to identify prohibited items or unauthorized entry attempts, and communicate concerns to site leadership per post orders.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations, medical response coordination, and/or traffic flow as directed.; Complete required documentation such as screening logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate updates during shift turnover.
