GardaWorld Security Services is excited to announce an opportunity for a Concierge Security Ambassador!

As a Concierge Security Ambassador, exceptional customer service will be your primary focus, as you will interact with individuals across various environments, including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and more.

What's in it for you:

• Site Location: Kansas City, MO
  • 1st shift: Full-time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Monday through Wednesday, 2nd shift, 2:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m.
  • 2nd shift: Part-time, Thursday through Friday, 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Ambassador:

• Perform welcoming duties, verifying identity, and assisting visitors
• Manage access control procedures effectively
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks and ensure safety
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer inquiries in person or by phone
• Document incidents and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Ambassador:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Must provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus!
