We're looking for people ready to jump in and make an impact — apply today!Pay Rate : $19.50 + raise upon full-time conversion(raise to $21.75 as new starting rate)Position Overview :Safely operate reach trucks, cherry pickers / order pickers, sit-down forklifts, and other powered industrial trucksUnload trailers containing large, assembled equipment and machinery arriving from overseas shipmentsLoad trailers with equipment, parts, and materials for shipment to dealershipsOperate and be trained on various farming and construction equipment including excavators, tractors, skid steers, RTVs, and similar machinery as neededReceive, inspect, and verify incoming equipment against shipping documents and quality standardsTransport large equipment, pallets, crates, tires, and heavy components to designated storage or staging areasStage and organize outbound loads to ensure safe and efficient loadingSecure loads on trailers using proper tie-down methods, blocking, and bracing techniquesPerform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance on forklifts and other machinery (including battery charging when applicable)Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of farming/construction equipmentUse RF scanners and warehouse systems to record movements, update inventory, and track shipments when handling parts or smaller itemsPerform quality checks on incoming and outgoing equipment to verify condition and compliance with standardsKeep equipment, trailers, and work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shiftFollow all safety rules, company policies, OSHA standards, and housekeeping expectationsPerform other duties as assigned by managementShifts :Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime on Saturdays possible)Overtime Opportunities :We regularly operate mandatory overtime during peak periods to meet customer demand.
