Welder - Belton, MO

Pay: $28-$34 / hour based on past experience

Hours: Full-Time, 50-60 hours a week, working some Saturdays

Schedule: Monday- Friday 10 hour shifts, some Saturdays

Requirements: Must have up-to-date welding certificates up to 4G, OSHA 10 or higher certification, and an active driver's license.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Belton, MO. You will be responsible for setting up welding machines and equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints, performing welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing operations, and inspecting your work to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Operate other machinery, such as forklifts, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 2-3 years of welding, manufacturing, or related experience
• Familiarity with welding tools, procedures, and safety standards
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• Ability to read shop drawings and follow verbal instructions
• At least one year of aluminum welding experience preferred
• Up-to-date welding certificates up to 4G
• Active driver's license
• OSHA 10 or higher certification
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
