International and Domestic Sales Support Executive

Description:

The International and Domestic Sales Support Executive reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and supports the daily activities of the Sales and Business Development teams. This role assists with international and domestic sales efforts, including CRM updates, proposal coordination, forecasting support, and communication with global customers and internal teams. Limited travel may be required (approximately 3-4 times per year).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the international and domestic sales process from early lead identification through proposal submission and award.
  • Maintains accurate and timely updates of sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Assists in preparing and tracking proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with internal processes.
  • Helps compile sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other tracking documents for regular team and management meetings.
  • Coordinates communication with global and domestic customers as needed to support the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Business Development Directors.
  • Provides organizational and administrative support for sales campaigns, marketing activities, and customer follow-up.
  • Assists with basic market research, such as monitoring industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Supports planning and logistics for occasional conferences, customer visits, and internal meetings.
  • Works collaboratively with other company departments involved in the sales and delivery process.
Competencies for Position

Education / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, customer service, or related administrative roles; experience in aviation, defense, or air traffic management is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.
Desirable
  • Familiarity with aviation, air traffic management, surveillance, communications, or navigation environments.
  • Exposure to proposal development or customer-facing processes.
  • Multilingual capability is beneficial for international work.
