  • Lead project meetings, presentations, and status updates with clarity and confidence
Risk, Change & Governance
  • Conduct project risk assessments to evaluate organizational readiness across people, process, and technology
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate
  • Support business change activities to ensure successful adoption and delivery outcomes
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and project management best practices
Financial & Resource Management
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
  • Validate project benefits and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and contracts in accordance with company policy
Hands-On Project Execution
  • Take a hands-on approach to project administration as needed, including survey creation, coordination, and execution
  • Manage survey-heavy project workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and deliverables using established project management tools
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
