  • Pay: up to $19/hour, based on skills, experience, and client/shift needs

What Overnight Caregiving Looks Like

As an overnight caregiver, you play a critical role in helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported through the night. Responsibilities may include:
  • Providing safety supervision and reassurance overnight
  • Assisting with toileting, repositioning, and light personal care as needed
  • Preparing light meals or snacks
  • Engaging in calm, meaningful interaction when clients are awake
  • Monitoring and documenting changes in physical condition, behavior, or needs
  • Communicating updates clearly with the office team
Some nights are quiet; others require attentiveness and responsiveness. Comfort working independently is important.

Caregiver Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required (we train the right people)
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • Able to work independently and follow care plans responsibly
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level
  • Compassionate, respectful, and professional with clients and their homes
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality care
