Job Title: Delivery & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Kansas City Metro Area

Compensation: $20 - $22 / hour + Commission Incentives

About the Role

Andy's Pipe Dream is seeking a Delivery & Inventory Coordinator to support our plumbing technicians and keep our service operations running efficiently. This is a hybrid role that combines parts delivery, inventory management, and field support. You will play a key role in making sure our service trucks are stocked, organized, and ready for work each day, while also providing quick response deliveries to plumbers in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Run on-demand deliveries to technicians when urgent parts are needed
• Restock service trucks daily with parts used the prior day
• Check and correct inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock
• Support inventory accuracy by catching errors and discrepancies
• Keep plumbing trucks organized, trash-free, and properly stocked
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure parts are ordered, picked up, and distributed efficiently
• Apply knowledge of plumbing parts and materials to improve stocking accuracy and speed

What We're Looking For

• 1-3+ years of inventory and/or delivery experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no tickets or DUI)
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar inventory software preferred
• Experience and knowledge of plumbing parts and materials required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and move plumbing parts, water heaters, and related materials
• Team-player mindset with a focus on supporting field technicians
