Job Description:
Join our team in a full-time role in the Audubon, PA area, where you will serve as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
You will be responsible for capturing requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.
This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, with a focus on technology solutions and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and processes.
Gather and document requirements through interviews and workshops.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
Support test planning and validation activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
Strong knowledge of business process modeling and software development life cycle.
Experience with requirements management tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
