About the Role

As a CBRE Lease Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for a retail/multi-site sector client to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms.

This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct and verify reconciliations for retail/multi-site clients, ensuring operating expenses align with lease terms.

  • Analyze expenses charged to clients, ensuring they comply with lease clauses.

  • Prepare reports detailing findings, ensuring accurate credits and charges are recorded.

  • Assist in CAM reconciliation preparation, maintaining accuracy and adherence to standards.

  • Review contracts to identify and understand applicable fees.

  • Work with various document types based on team priority levels.

  • Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.

  • Work within established procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
