What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Support internal and external communications activities, including strategy execution and message distribution
• Write and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, and digital platforms
• Assist in launching integrated PR and social media campaigns
• Create clear and compelling content for internal channels, including newsletters and emails
• Track engagement metrics and prepare quarterly performance reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 1-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field (agency experience preferred)
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with writing samples to be requested
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail in formatting and distributing communications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly post development and analytics measurement (LinkedIn, Glassdoor)
• Basic understanding of analytics tools, CMS platforms, and email distribution platforms
• Experience with paid social campaigns
