Description:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented MOD Picker to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing materials or products for distribution. This position plays a key part in keeping operations efficient, organized, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and sort items based on MOD (Make-On-Demand / Method of Delivery) requirements
• Follow daily picking lists and production schedules
• Prepare orders for packaging, shipment, or internal transfer
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Communicate any shortages, errors, or concerns to supervisors

• Previous warehouse or picking experience
• RECENT experience operating cherry picker & reach truck
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with good time management skills
• Able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Basic reading and math skills
