Customer Service Representative - Logistics

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing inbound telephone inquiries related to logistics, with a primary focus on the delivery of online orders and assembly services. This role requires a strong commitment to customer advocacy, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to inquiries while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer calls regarding order delivery and assembly services.
• Act as a customer advocate by actively listening, identifying needs, and providing clear, accurate information.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently by coordinating with internal departments and external partners as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems.
• Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem?solving skills.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or e?commerce environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time?management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast?paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with LTL, FTL, or hub?and?spoke linehaul operations.
