Responsibilities:

Be a Team Member Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educating associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians. Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service. Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and product specifications. Operate point of sale systems and apply phone and in?person selling techniques. Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Communicate equipment tool and supply needs, lead tracking and monitoring of returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory audit, safety, and compliance standards. Resolve member issues, provide product recommendations, and complete required documentation. Advocate for members and model high quality service and products. Uphold company policies, ethics, integrity, open door policy, and safety standards. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to prioritize tasks and deliver results. Build strong relationships, mentor others, and advocate a culture of belonging. Serve customers and members with integrity and excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid state?issued drivers license.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Auto service industry or retail experience.
