Located in Overland Park, KS, this full-time role involves managing client relationships and driving growth in a dynamic environment.
The position requires expertise in relationship management, business strategy, and industry knowledge, with a focus on utilities or public-sector operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building long-term relationships.
Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with client needs.
Leverage industry knowledge to provide insights and thought leadership to clients.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Advocate for client needs internally to influence product roadmaps and service improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or Client Success.
Prior exposure to utilities, water, power, public-sector, or related industries is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with a clear, concise, and empathetic approach.
Proven ability to manage resources and drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
