Job Description for Certified Medicine Aide

Title: Certified Medicine Aide
Location: Gardner, KS
Length of Assignment: 6 weeks
Shift Hours: 8 or 12 hours
Area: Clinic (CLIN), Direct Care (DC), Geriatrics (GERI)
Shift Type: Day

Details:

• Desired Start Date: ASAP (within two weeks of offer)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift and Time: Open to 9 AM - 9 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM shifts
• Schedule Details: Float position, floating between both Gardner locations
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend required
• On-call Requirements: None
• Holiday Requirements: Must be willing to work some holidays
• Floating Requirements: Must float to other homes in the Gardner area

• 1 year as a CMA

• Previous experience with disability care

• BLS & First Aid

• This client has a "Day program," and the candidate must be willing to meet participants at their set destination, which changes weekly, once a week.
