Objective: To be a teammate of the cheese department, insuring quality and knowledge of the specialty products that are available for our valued customers.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Primary responsibility is to continually educate our customers regarding cheese in order to promote sales.2. Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.3. Cross merchandising with product that will promote cheese sales.4. Adhere to Food Safety Compliance with federal and local Health Department Regulations.5.
