Summary - Construction Laborer - HVAC Helper: We are in search of candidates interested in building a career in the growing field of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and cooling). We are staffing for a leading commercial/industrial HVAC company looking to continue their growth. In addition to the incentives noted below, top performers will be offered the opportunity to enter a 4-year, employer-paid HVAC apprenticeship program (non-union), which is valued at $3,500/year ($14,000 total).

Incentives- Construction Laborer - HVAC Helper:

• $20/hour starting wage (once eligible to enroll in apprenticeship program pay will increase to $23/hour with earning potential up to $32.50/hour after the 4-year apprenticeship program is completed)
• $150 sign-on bonus
• $150 monthly incentive during the 6 months you will be employed through JARBO ($900 total incentive potential)
• Holiday pay
• Health, dental, vision insurance options (50% employer-paid health insurance premium during time employed through JARBO)
• Weekly pay during time employed through JARBO

• Assist HVAC Installers in performing their responsibilities.
• Assemble equipment and materials needed to begin and complete work projects.
• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems.
• Transport materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of tools.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Gather materials in the field and return to warehouse.
• Disposes of all trash and debris.
• Observe all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties and wear issued safety equipment.
• Adhere to all the safety requirements of the position while assisting team members to do the same.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements associated with the above responsibilities
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Field-based construction experience preferred
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Dependability and reliability
• EPA universal certification preferred
• Prior HVAC schooling preferred
