Capable to learn specific equipment repair techniques and other skills as apply to the Wendys properties, buildings, equipment and refrigeration equipment./ppAt least 2 years of experience in restaurant equipment repairs/ppAbility to perform technician work on a wide range of restaurant equipment (Fryers, Grills, Walk-in-Freezers/Coolers, Ice Machines, Ovens etc.) electrical systems, heating systems, HVAC/Refrigeration, plumbing, painting./ppAbility to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative./ppAbility to inspect and correctly diagnose standard malfunctions in restaurant equipment./ppAbility to perform minor and major technical repairs and adjustments within the time frames as established./ppAbility to read and interpret manuals, schematics, plans and specifications related to duties./ppComputer proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/ppHigh School diploma or equivalent/ppService industry experience appliance repair, kitchen equipment, Refrigeration, HVAC or an accredited Technical/Vocational School./ppPossess mechanical electrical skills, be able to read wiring diagrams schematics./ppMust have current Drivers License clean driving record./ppRelevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (e.g., EPA, CFESA)/ppAbility to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment./ppSelf-motivated and have the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision./ppWendys is an equal employment opportunity employer who may provide reasonable accommodation to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job./ph3About This Location/h3pOverland Park 66214/p/div
