Shipping & Receiving Specialist - Competitive Pay + Overtime

Location: Olathe, KS

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $18-$21 per hour (DOE)

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure safety standards are met. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong logistics experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities, including truckloads and FDA-required paperwork.
• Prepare shipping documents and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Track shipments and manage inventory.
• Inspect, store, and organize goods in the warehouse.
• Operate a sit-down forklift (approx. 20-30 minutes daily).
• Move released material from quarantine to finished goods area for shipment.
• General housekeeping: sweep, mop, trash removal.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a safe work environment.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  
  • Solid knowledge of BOLs, FedEx, and UPS processes.
  • RECENT Sit-down forklift experience.
• Ability to keep warehouse organized and meet deadlines.
