Warehouse Clerk

Location: Edgerton, Ks
Schedule: 4pm-2:30am
Pay: $19.50

Are you detail-oriented, great with problem-solving, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving parts and whole-goods inquiries while maintaining exceptional dealer satisfaction.

About the Role

In this role, you will play an important part in receiving the correct parts and equipment quickly and accurately. You'll be responsible for processing orders, maintaining organized inventory systems, and providing dependable support through clear communication and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and expedite orders with accuracy to ensure timely delivery
• Receive, route, and organize incoming parts and whole goods to maintain clean, efficient inventory systems
• Manage and track warehouse inventory to support accuracy and operational flow
• Conduct routine inventory checks and audits
• Load outgoing shipments of equipment and parts onto various carriers
• Prepare outbound shipments using FedEx shipping software
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with mid-year and year-end inventory counts
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, parts, or similar role
• Familiarity with SAP and Windows-based systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with managers, warehouse staff, and cross-functional teams
• Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to interpret information and offer sound recommendations
• Willingness to learn about mechanical, agricultural, or industrial equipment
• Understanding of engines and equipment components is beneficial

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Standing, walking, and computer work for extended periods
