Pay and Benefits

Job Title: Traveling Construction Laborer
Job Description
Prepare construction sites for the installation of erosion control projects, utilizing various tools to prepare soil for the application of concrete mats. Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites for the installation of erosion control projects.
- Rake and prepare soil for application of concrete mats.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Read plans and follow instructions from the superintendent.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and shovels.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of general construction.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience in field service, concrete application, power tools, solar installation, packaging, sheet metal work, painting, pipeline work, carpentry, cleaning, assembly, forklift operation, packing, heavy lifting.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and multi-task effectively.
- Demonstrated conscientiousness, dependability, and commitment to the role and team.
