Job Overview:
Join a growing team where quality, precision, and teamwork drive everything we do! As part of the Final Tractor Assembly team, you'll play a key role in bringing tractors to life by completing the finishing touches that ensure each machine is built to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Complete assembly tasks at various stations, including installing fenders, joysticks, tires, buckets, oil and lube, and conducting inspections.
• Operate overhead cranes to safely lift and maneuver tractor components.
• Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and support a positive team environment.
• Follow all safety procedures while keeping your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.

• 6 months to 1 year of previous mechanical, assembly, or hands-on equipment experience.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

• Competitive pay starting at $19.75/hr, with potential to earn $20.50/hr.
