This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong record of success in fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environments. The Production Supervisor (Nights) will be responsible for developing and empowering team members, driving a world-class safety culture, elevating quality and service performance, and delivering strong cost results. The position will also lead change initiatives, support the launch of new product introductions, and champion continuous improvement to ensure consistent, high-performance operations throughout night-shift production. In this role, you will:Lead and coordinate resources needed to drive operations (safety, quality, production, people development and accountability) and assure follow-up actions are identified and completed.
