Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and be skilled in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing reports, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee general ledger activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with cost accounting, inventory reconciliations, and manufacturing margin analysis.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Assist with audits (internal and external) by providing documentation and analysis as required.
• Utilize and optimize ERP systems for financial reporting and process efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience;manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
