The Product Inspection Field Service Technicians (FST) are required to provide World Class support to our customers through start-ups, audits, maintenance, repair, and training of Safeline X-Ray, Safeline Metal Detectors, Hi-Speed Checkweighers, or CI Vision machines. PI FST's are responsible for managing all aspects of field service support including the following: communications between customers and the service department, effective scheduling, detailed preparation of written reports and documentation, and maintenance of job assignments, while always keeping in mind to follow MT PI procedures and best practices. Essential duties include meeting all safety requirements, attending service calls, and efficiently executing scheduled tasks while balancing cost, time, and customer expectations. Build strong customer relationships, identify root causes for issues, and ensure first-time fixes. Accurately complete and submit service reports, timesheets, and expense reports promptly. Participate in ongoing technical training, perform weekend/after-hours work as needed, and maintain company equipment, tools, and inventory. Adhere to core values, the Code of Conduct, and perform other assigned tasks as required.

Current Locations: Michigan and Kansas City. These locations change, and if you are close to these areas let us know because the company is flexible!

Compensation starts at Level 1 at $31-32/hr (65k base) plus OT ! 20% company Bonus and chance to upsell product. Make Close to 90-100k year one. Great Benefits and 401k!
