We are expanding their executive leadership team in Miami and seeking a seasoned professional to help drive our continued success.

The Role
As Electrical Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and provide strategic direction across multiple high-value engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide executive oversight on project planning, staffing, financials, and risk management.
• Mentor and develop project managers and field leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems in data centers, healthcare, or commercial environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
• Must be based in Miami or willing to relocate.
