Team Lead Operator

The Team Lead Operator will be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 operators and ensuring the efficient operation of press machines in our printing facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in press machine operation, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 7-10 operators, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Operate and oversee the operation of press machines, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machines to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled printing environment during the night shift, Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Paola, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00/yr. Competitive pay ($30 - $32 per hour, depending on experience). Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off and holidays. Opportunities for professional development and advancement.
