Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomy Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and coordinating the phlebotomy team to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care. The role involves supervising, training, and evaluating staff performance, as well as providing hands-on support with blood draws when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Approve timesheets and monitor compliance and specimen turnaround.
• Conduct skills assessments and partner with other departments to uphold service standards.
• Collaborate with operations on hiring decisions and respond to patient and client concerns.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage supply levels and route efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and leading a team.
• Ability to provide hands-on support with blood draws.
• Strong collaboration skills with various departments.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in phlebotomy.
