* Follow the Dispatch List to know what to work on.

* Set up fixtures and gather tools.

* Load parts, inspect them, and record results.

* Deburr parts to remove sharp edges.

4. Use Equipment Safely

* Learn to operate forklifts and cranes.

* Complete safety checks.

5. Keep It Clean and Safe

* Follow safety rules.

* Keep your work area clean and organized.

6. Complete Your Training

* Finish all required courses and hands-on training.

7. Stay Flexible

* Be ready to take on other tasks as needed.
