Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or reporting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of core financial principles, including US GAAP
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools such as spreadsheets and data visualization platforms
• Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering financial reports, business plans, and variance analyses
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently with high integrity and confidentiality
• Familiarity with developing and managing product cost models and tracking capital investments
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and enterprise financial platforms
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing-focused environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly implementation or optimization projects
• Experience in long-range financial planning and value flow steering
• Background in fixed asset monitoring and cost control
  
  

Compensation

Pay Range: $77000K-$110000K
