Your Role as a Patient Care Specialist

  • Assist nursing staff with patient care and treatment as needed, including personal daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Prepare patients for transport and relay patient concerns to nursing staff.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to aid in their recovery.
  • Celebrate and acknowledge the achievements and milestones of our patients.


Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
