We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to manage the day-to-day upkeep, repair, and safety compliance of multiple bank branches. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with broad experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire/life safety systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, operational, and professional environment for staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems, ensuring reliable water supply and drainage. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase systems. Interpret and utilize blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues and support branch remodels or layout changes. Inspect, maintain, and repair smoke detectors, fire alarms, and other life safety systems to ensure full compliance with fire codes.
