Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compensation Analyst to support global compensation initiatives, job matching accuracy, and pay structure development across multiple international markets. This contract role is expected to run through the end of the year, with potential for extension based on headcount approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate job matching to ensure reliable market data
  • Refresh and maintain compensation data in PayFactors and Radford
  • Design and implement international pay structures, including job architecture and career families
  • Analyze geographic pay differentials and compensation trends
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support hiring and compensation decisions
  • Assist in developing scalable compensation frameworks for growth in the Netherlands, UK, Spain, Ireland, Italy, and Germany
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in compensation analysis, including global compensation
  • Proficiency in Workday, PayFactors, and Radford
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with data refresh cycles and market benchmarking
  • On-site in Overland Park, KS required during initial ramp-up period
  • Flexibility for remote work may be considered after onboarding
  • Close collaboration with HR, recruitment, and leadership teams
