To assist customers in their shopping experience by receiving, cutting and serving meat product in the most efficient, friendly, and courteous manner possible. To provide our customers with quality smoked meats on a daily basis. This individual will also be responsible for receiving, stocking, packaging, and displaying meat products in the Meat Department. Will also assist customers both at the meat counter and with the smoked products. Reporting Structure: This position formally reports to the Meat Manager. Status: This is a non-exempt position. Knowledge The following is a list of any certifications, formal education, or training requirements for this position. Essential Knowledge - A food handling permit must be obtained within the first 14 days of employment. - Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentino's Learning Plan.
