We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. Below is a listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. Position Specific Essential Responsibilities. Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner under the guidance of community policies, and the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Maintain and repair HVAC systems with preventative maintenance measures in place in accordance with property budgetary goals Prepare vacant apartments to be in market-ready condition in accordance with PRAXM standards and guidelines. Repair and maintain simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures as needed.
