At 2 Hour Learning, we're on an accelerated growth path, planning to establish 25-30 new school campuses within six months. This involves managing buildings, budgets, systems, and regulatory approvals, all within tight deadlines. We seek seasoned operators to take charge of one of four pivotal areas: approvals, onboarding, or finance. This is a role for those who thrive on full accountability, without the need for committee approvals or handoffs. It's your mandate, your machine to build.

We're not in search of advisors. We're hiring ex-MBB+ consultants who are ready to transition from giving recommendations to taking ownership. This position is tailored for individuals who excel in ambiguity but demand a clear missionthose who can transform a blank page into a strategic plan and that plan into tangible results.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of one domain within the national launch strategy, whether it be regulatory approvals, onboarding and systems, or financial operations.
• Leading cross-functional teams with complete decision-making authority and accountability.
• Creating new operational playbooks and testing them in dynamic, real-world scenarios.
• Working closely with founders, department heads, and campus staff to establish launch-ready infrastructure.
• Leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize operations and speed up execution.

Vice President Operations Key Responsibilities

Take charge of and deliver one essential operational pillar of 2 Hour Learning's national school launchefficiently, cleanly, and on a large scale. We will guide you to the most suitable pillar, but you will have full ownership of your domain.

Basic Requirements

We are recruiting across several operational verticals. All roles demand speed, clarity, structured thinking, and the ability to execute with intensity.

Qualifications Include

• A minimum of 3 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
• A demonstrated history of managing cross-functional operations in high-pressure, ambiguous settings.
• Expertise in at least one area: regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations.
• Structured thinking and a strong bias toward executionable to transition from planning to action independently.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and a willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline processes and expedite results.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
