ORDR is looking for an experienced, enterprise-level Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team. In this role, you won't just support customers, you'll become an expert in segmentation and a proficient user of our platform, helping customers quickly realize the value that ORDR provides.
You'll work directly with customers across their lifecycle-leading deployments, conducting architecture reviews, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance for complex solutions & integrations. You are execution-oriented, technically curious, and able to translate customer requirements into scalable, secure architecture.
