Underwriting Consultant - Nat'l Acct Primary - Loss Sensitive

The role is hybrid, based in Plano, TX, and suitable for candidates with 5+ years of large account casualty underwriting experience. Candidates from Texas, Kansas City, or St. Louis are considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review applications and financials to assess risk acceptability.
• Price risks using various tools and methodologies.
• Analyze coverage and structure policies accordingly.
• Manage portfolio to meet financial and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain producer relationships to generate new business.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of underwriting processes, tools, and coverages.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and adapt quickly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of underwriting experience preferred.
