We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing service department. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who wants to start or grow their career in the automotive industry while working with a trusted Ford dealership.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance and inspections that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly, while learning advanced skills that can lead to certification and career growth.

Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
Inspect and maintain belts, hoses, air levels, and gauges
Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings
Assist with tire rotations, battery checks, and light repairs
Test systems and components for safety and performance
Use power tools, diagnostic tools, and hand tools safely and effectively
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all repairs and services
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
High school diploma or GED required
Ford Certification (preferred, but not required)
Previous experience at a Ford dealership or Quick Lube center (preferred)
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify issues quickly
Comfortable using electronic diagnostic equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn
Must have basic tools (specialty tools provided)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
