Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing service department. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who wants to start or grow their career in the automotive industry while working with a trusted Ford dealership.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance and inspections that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly, while learning advanced skills that can lead to certification and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements

• Inspect and maintain belts, hoses, air levels, and gauges

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings

• Assist with tire rotations, battery checks, and light repairs

• Test systems and components for safety and performance

• Use power tools, diagnostic tools, and hand tools safely and effectively

• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all repairs and services

• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ford Certification (preferred, but not required)

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership or Quick Lube center (preferred)

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify issues quickly

• Comfortable using electronic diagnostic equipment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods

• Positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn

• Must have basic tools (specialty tools provided)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
