Your Opportunity as Kitting Production Supervisor. Location: Edgerton,. KS - Work Arrangements: Monday Friday, 3 pm to 12:30 am, some Saturdays. In this role you will: Report to assigned shift in a timely manner with adequate time to prepare for oncoming shift Review available staffing and work assignments while updating Daily Staffing Sheet in a timely manner. Walk assigned area and identify available equipment and any safety needs Review staffing assignments for production lines in the department Actively participate in shift start-ups bringing pertinent information to the team highlighting the current safety topics, accomplishments, and other announcements Verify labor needs vs. daily schedule provided by production scheduler. Plan and continuously monitor departmental operation throughout the shift to ensure that all work requirements and customer needs are being met.
